The Beauty of Japanese Culture Is Brought to Life Right Here in Houston for a Festival Event

Japan Festival Houston celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Japan with traditional and contemporary performances of Japanese music, dance and martial arts, Japanese/Japanese-inspired food. Additionally, there will be demonstrations and displays of Ikebana flower arrangement, tea ceremony, origami, bonsai and more. On Saturday, April 13th, the families can take part in this highly-anticipated festival!

Japan Festival of Houston, Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization that sponsors the annual Japan Festival Houston to educate and promote the rich cultural heritage of Japan that is preserved by the Japanese and Japan-American communities by demonstrating and exhibiting Japanese customs and traditions. The Festival also serves to cultivate the alliance between Japan and the United States.

One of the most attended events of its type across the entire United States, the Japan Festival brings about a reaffirmation of a commitment to Japanese and Japanese-American traditions, both old and new. The event is free and open to the public. Vendors will be charging for their food items and merchandise. Participation in select activities will require a fee.

Step outside of our welcoming and comfortable community at Oxford at the Ranch Apartments in Waller, Texas for the day! This event is coming to town on Sunday, and it promises to be a wonderful time!
