Located in the Houston Heights, HITS Theatre is an educational organization, offering classes in singing, dancing and acting for children in kindergarten through high school. We pride ourselves on using our unique talents and personalities to help students develop theatrical skills all their own. Each production class culminates in a professionally executed performance with every student participating on stage.

HITS Theatre will present Cole Porter’s hilarious musical farce where boy-meets-girl in “Anything Goes”. The musical is set aboard the ocean liner S.S. American, where nightclub singer/evangelist Reno Sweeney is in route from New York to England. Her pal, Billy Crocker, has stowed away to be near his love, Hope Harcourt, but the problem is Hope is engaged to the wealthy Lord Evelyn Oakleigh.

Joining this love triangle on board the luxury liner are Public Enemy #13, Moonface Martin, and his sidekick-in-crime, Erma. With the help of some elaborate disguises, tap-dancing sailors and good old-fashioned blackmail, Reno and Martin join forces to help Billy in his quest to win Hope’s heart.

The 1934 musical, which won the 2011 Tony Award for best revival, is known for madcap antics and a big tap-dancing number to its title song. Tickets start at $25 and may be purchased online via https://hitstheatre.configio.com. Don’t miss out on the chance to see it while you can!
