Consider the Various Elements That Go Into a Work of Art During This Photography Exhibit

This Friday, Foto Relevance will host a special reception for Paper Skies, a solo exhibition featuring the abstract work of Colorado-based photographer Brenda Biondo. On display will be selections from three of Biondo’s series: Paper Skies, Moving Pictures, and Modalities. Each portfolio serves as a unique investigation into light, color, the environment, and the use of photography as both a medium and a prop with which to create art. Kick off your weekend with beautiful art when you check out this event!

Brenda Biondo is a photographer whose work focuses on three distinct areas: constructed abstractions centered on atmospheric color and light; conservation and land-based issues; and the way cultural artifacts move from the past into the present.

Brenda's work has been exhibited in shows throughout the country and published in numerous print and online publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Denver Post and Lenscratch. Her photographs are in the collections of the Library of Congress, the Museum of Photographic Arts, the San Diego Museum of Art and the collections of numerous corporations and individuals.

Following the opening reception, Paper Skies will be on display until February 15. Admission to the reception is free of charge.

At every corner you turn, there is always something to do when you reside at Oxford at the Ranch Apartments in Waller, Texas. On Friday, grab a few close friends or neighbors to take part in this wonderful event that is sure to add some excitement to your day!
