Believing in your ability to do the things necessary for change is critical to your success. The key to establishing this type of rapport is through various types of social support (i.e., role models) that will guide you along the right path. For example, Weight Watchers is one of the more effective weight loss programs because people meet regularly in a group setting where they receive inspiration and encouragement from others and publicly track progress towards their goals. Mistake #3: Sabotaging Success with Environmental or Emotional Issues.

You can boost your willpower by avoiding situations and people that trigger the behavior you want to change. Switch up your routine before and after work, implement a better nightly routine, or rid your apartment home of any items that may compromise your journey.
